SACRED ENGAGEMENT

A Journey of Self-Discovery

Turning Inward with Gentle Awareness

Extending Outward in Deep Connection

Is Sacred Engagement for you?

Sacred Engagement is for those who feel that, in some quiet way, life is asking more of them.

It may be a good fit if:

❏ You sense there is more to your inner life than you are currently living.

❏ You feel mostly content, yet wonder what you might be missing.

❏ You notice recurring tensions in relationships and want to meet them with more honesty and care.

❏ You’re drawn to contemplative practice but want guidance and companionship rather than going it alone.

❏ You’ve lived enough life to know that real change asks for time, attention, and a willingness to be stirred.

This is not a course in quick fixes. It’s an invitation to let your own experience become the teacher.

How the journey works

1. Daily practice
Short, focused practices you do on your own: journaling prompts, simple awareness exercises, and reflections that invite you to explore your inner landscape in real time.

2. Zoom gatherings
A live session where we practice together, share what’s emerging, and learn from one another. These are structured, gently facilitated meetings—never forced, and always respectful of each person’s pace.

3. Ongoing community
Alumni are invited to remain connected through periodic follow-up gatherings. Over time, many people find that this sense of shared journey becomes one of the most meaningful parts of the program.

What you can expect

Once the program begins, most participants notice subtle but real shifts—not because they acquire new “techniques,” but because they begin relating to themselves and others from a clearer, kinder place.

You can expect to:

✔️ Grow more familiar with your inner patterns—especially the ones that tend to run on automatic.

✔️ Develop ways of responding that feel more aligned with your deeper values.

✔️ Experiment with more honest, compassionate conversations in your everyday life.

✔️ Discover that those big unanswered questions you’ve carried for years can be held with less strain and more curiosity.

There are no guarantees and no promises of perfection. This is an invitation to show up, with others, and see what becomes possible.

A four-part journey

Module 1 — Waking Up
Begin to gently notice the habitual ways you shape your experience. Learn practices of self awareness and reflection that you can bring into daily life.

Module 2 — Clearing Away
Turn toward the parts of you that tend to derail, flood, or shut down connection. Explore how to meet them with curiosity and compassion, and how to loosen their grip.

Module 3 — Breaking Through
Experience your world anew—freed from judgements, fears, and barriers that kept you from engaging fully. Now you experience meaningful relationships with everything and everyone.

Module 4 — Stepping Into
Gather what has always been unfolding, and explore what it means now. This module focuses on integration and ongoing practice of joy and beauty.

Each module builds on Module 1. Alumni are welcome to continue as they feel ready.

Voices from Mod 1 Alumni

"While I know I still spend a lot of time living with old habits, I'm "waking up" in those moments to experience the world around me.”

“I realized that my internal dialogue is extremely critical and unkind, and that I put great pressure on myself to be quick and perfect.”

“I became aware of the impact that thoughts and emotions are having on me. And understanding how to not let them control me.”

“I found it to be the best possible use of my self-care improvement time. The daily tasks were at times moving, interesting, awakening and yes, overall, life changing.”
