Module 4 – Stepping Into

Embedding The Sacred Into The Everyday

Module 4 is about weaving this work into the fabric of your life.

By this point, you’ve spent time turning inward, meeting your inner protectors, and exploring how you show up with others. Rather than introducing lots of new material, this module asks: Given everything that has unfolded, what does it mean to see awe and wonder in the ordinary?

We look at your actual days—the choices you make, the relationships you tend, the way you move through birthdays, loss, and possibility—and explore how you might live them with a bit more clarity, kindness, and courage.

What this module explores

Questions we may sit with include:

  • What truly matters to me at this stage of life?

  • How do I want to relate to the time, energy, and relationships I have?

  • Where do old patterns still pull strongly, and where are they already loosening?

  • What does “ongoing practice” look like for me, in a way that is sustainable and real?

There is an emphasis on honoring the life you have actually lived—its beauty, its pains, its unfinished strands—while opening to what may yet want to emerge.

How we work together

The rhythm again includes:

  • Individual reflection and practice – time with your own life questions, guided by prompts and suggestions.

  • Regular Group time – space for honest sharing, witnessing, and mutual support as each person clarifies what this work means for them now.

The tone is one of companionship and honoring, not evaluation.

What you’ll be practicing

Module 4 is less about adding new tools and more about deepening what you’ve already learned. Practices may include:

  • Life-mapping and reflection. Guided reflections on your life story, naming threads that still feel alive and those that may be ready to soften.

  • Clarifying your commitments. Gentle inquiry into what you want to give your attention and care to in the years ahead.

  • Designing “small, real practices.” Identifying specific ways to embody joy and beauty in your daily life.

  • Gathering the circle. Sharing insights, griefs, and hopes with others who have walked the journey alongside you.

Module 4 may be a good fit if:

  • You’ve completed earlier modules and want to integrate, not just continue.

  • You feel a quiet pull to ask, “How do I want to live the life I have now, with the awareness I’ve gained?”

  • You value being part of a circle of peers who are also exploring these questions in the second half of life.

Prerequisite: Completion of earlier modules.
Scheduling: Dates and details will be available to alumni.
